Void

The 'Void' series builds upon the 'Nets' series in a visually simplified manner. Its theme is humanity's perpetual drive to act in an attempt to alleviate an inner sense of emptiness. Created using his unique technique, the series features a black background from which he gradually erases tiny pieces to reveal what he intends to show.

The wires and ropes stretched in the black space and merging into the darkness aim to transform simple human tools into symbols of our universal aspirations: to grasp what we desire and keep it for ourselves. However, our persistent search for peace and light, which has remained unsatisfied for millennia, often seems like an absurd effort. The series of endless, essentially identical attempts merge with the darkness and the unknown on the surface of the page, representing what humanity is incapable of controlling and explaining.
